If you’re having trouble keeping your quit, or maybe you’re not even getting to the starting line, and you’d like some one-on-one support, we’re here for you.

Whether you call our approach, coaching, consulting, facilitating, accountability, coachsulting, or a mix of all of them, in the end, what we do is offer you online support (Zoom) to reach your goal. Here’s a questionnaire we ask you to fill out before you meet with us.

Our approach when working with you is to honor your unique journey. We help you on your journey using an approach that’s non-judgmental, compassionate, mindful, self connected, and parts informed.

We’ll also help you learn about addictions and why you keep smoking even though you tell yourself you don’t want to. We’ll share the physical and psychological components and share with you how to work with what evolution has given us. And, we’ll work with you to come up with ways that work for you to navigate “the urge” when it visits you, be it tomorrow or 10 years from now.

Will everyone reach their goals this time around? No. But many of you will. And, you’ll definitely learn learn about more about yourself — including getting to know the parts of you that may be trying to motivate you (often, in not always kind ways) and building your personal relationships with your emotions and feelings of boredom, stress, and “uncomfortablenes.”

As long as you keep trying and learn from each quit, one day you’ll have the opportunity to reach your goal. We know Yoda said, “Do or do not. There is no try.” But remember, Yoda wasn’t human — he was a puppet and Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI).

Keep on trying, and one day your try will turn into a do, and we’d be honored to be a part of your journey.
