This is kind of a trick question because there’s is no “should.” All our clients come with different quit and life experiences.
At Center for Laser Therapy, with our laser treatment, the goal is to help to take the grumpy out of quitting. The aim is to diminish your cravings so that you can attend to the habit and mindset aspects of being a non-smoker.
That said, if we could create the “secret sauce” quit experience for you, you’d have an experience where quitting was easy enough for you to succeed, but hard enough for you to remember that you don’t want to go through it again… that now you’re quit, you’re done with smoking. We don’t want your quit to be SO easy, that you think,”Oh, I can always quit again. I’m having fun right now. I’ll light up now and celebrate with my friends and call tomorrow and make another appointment.”
Sometimes clients do find the quit that easy. And sometimes clients don’t. In either case, every time we’re excited to assist you on your journey of becoming a happy, contented nonsmoker.
